1、在線提交參展需求預(yù)登記，獲取展會邀請函 2、安排專人為您解答和辦理參展事宜 3、由主辦方提供展位分布圖，選位預(yù)訂4、確認(rèn)展位并簽訂《參展合同》 5、雙方簽約后將參展費匯入組委會指定帳戶 6、提供企業(yè)相關(guān)資料（用于會刊及網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳）
7、展位安排以“先申請、先付款，先安排”為原則，組委會有權(quán)對少量展位予以調(diào)整 8、未按合同約定付費，將不保留所預(yù)訂的展位
