第十六屆山西房地產(chǎn)博覽會暨 2018 中國山西建材軟裝飾展于 2018 年 10 月 26-28 日在中國（太原）煤炭交易中心盛大召開。本屆盛會得到了山西省人民政府、山西省貿(mào)促會、山西省房地產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會等政府相關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、全國各地的裝飾材料行業(yè)知名企業(yè)的大力支持。展會將集中展示*新的新型門窗型材、綠色建筑裝飾材料等，邀請來自山西及周邊地區(qū)的政府單位、各地市縣的建材市場、已購房者和潛在購房者（預(yù)計 10 萬人次）、研究院、設(shè)計院、市政管理、批發(fā)商、采購商、經(jīng)銷商、代理商、承包商、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商及建筑工程公司、新聞媒體等參觀洽談。通過展覽展示，投資洽談，技術(shù)研討、信息傳播等方式，搭建供需雙方交流平臺。省政府將組織山西省各地市縣政府單位、政府工程項目、設(shè)計院等組團(tuán)參觀展會。省房地產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會將組織山西省各地市開發(fā)商、工程建筑公司、裝飾設(shè)計公司專題對接會。全省各地市縣 58 輛大巴車專業(yè)接送各地市代理商、經(jīng)銷商、約 8000 人次（大巴車乘坐點(diǎn)在各地市建材五金市場，詳情請致電組委會）。通過往屆觀眾統(tǒng)計、今年各大媒體的大力宣傳造勢、本屆展會參觀觀眾 10 萬人次以上。
