當(dāng)前，世界正站在能源變革的“十字路口”，能源發(fā)展面臨推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和應(yīng)對氣候變化的雙重任務(wù)。利益和環(huán)境，天平該向哪邊傾斜，是困擾很多國家的問題。石油、煤炭等傳統(tǒng)化石能源產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條完備，推動(dòng)能源結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型，勢必要?jiǎng)硬糠秩说哪汤�，甚至影響�?jīng)濟(jì)增長。而發(fā)展可再生能源建設(shè)工程量大、先期造價(jià)高、回收成本周期長，一些新技術(shù)的不成熟也限制了可再生能源的發(fā)展規(guī)模。推動(dòng)能源轉(zhuǎn)型，意味著需要克服很大的阻力和困難，這讓不少國家望而卻步。
“十三五”是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入“新常態(tài)”后制定的**個(gè)五年規(guī)劃�！霸谶@新常態(tài)發(fā)展的大背景下，我國能源企業(yè)面對國家使命與目前產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，“十三五”期間將如何應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)下行帶來的各種挑戰(zhàn)？為此，呼倫貝爾市經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化委員會(huì)、呼倫貝爾市安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理局將于2019年7月26日在呼倫貝爾市賓館舉辦“2019‘***’第九屆中俄蒙（內(nèi)蒙古呼倫貝爾）國際能源及礦業(yè)發(fā)展投資戰(zhàn)略暨院士行論壇大會(huì)”。
