加納的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施較為落后，隨著加納經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng)及人口數(shù)量的不斷攀升，落后的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)及人民公共生活的影響也日益凸顯，根據(jù)2010年世界銀行一份調(diào)查報(bào)告顯示，加納在2010至2020年間，每年至少需要投入25億美元才可勉強(qiáng)滿(mǎn)足加納國(guó)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需求，在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)上的資金缺口仍較大。因此加納政府采用了較為寬松和多樣化的融資政策，吸引了包括來(lái)自中國(guó)在內(nèi)的大量投資者
